BRiDGES Employee Assistance Program (EAP) was established in 1989 to provide comprehensive services to businesses in Madison, Cortland, Oneida and Onondaga Counties. The program assists employees and their family members in addressing problems that may impact job performance. Services are professional and confidential. The Employee Assistance Program services businesses in a variety of industries including manufacturing, the health care and human service field, engineering, higher education, and government.
