Could An EAP Help You?
Employee: "I am going through a messy divorce and just can't seem to concentrate on my work the way I used to. I think my supervisor is unhappy with my work. What can I do?"
Supervisor: "I have an employee who has been working for this organization for 9 years. This person is a valued employee but just is not performing the way that we need in this department. There have been errors and delays. I don't know if I should say something or wait for things to get better. I think there are some problems at home."
An EAP can help in both of these situations.
